Here's the answers to the questions you posed earlier this week, of which I've chosen 7 as per the rules to the Versatile Blogger Award:
Question 1 (posed by Mia@My literary Jam and Toast):
Ever tried to do something to see if it's possible for your MC in a project to?
Well, I'm currently taking riding lessons, discovering muscles I never knew existed...all because in some of my novels there's riding going on and I really want to know what I'm talking about... (but oh, the pain, the pain!).
Question 2 (posed by Monica @ Attack of the Muses)
What's on your ipod/cd player when you write?
I have seperate playlists for my different WIPs, although Muse usually features in one form or another
; )
(I'm also a CCR fan and love things with good beats like PCD)
Question 3 (posed by Janet Sumner Johnson)
What color nail polish? Toe polish? :)
Dark red/cherry red, mostly. I have a nailpolish shade that's called "Vampire" ; )
Question 4 (posed by February Grace @ Pitch Slapped):
If you had to be stuck in an elevator for an hour with anyone who has ever lived, whom would you choose and why?
This one's hard... I guess I'd like to have met Julius Caesar or Napoleon, because both of them managed to build/start empires and were (reputedly) brilliant tacticians. I have an unholy fascination with that kind of thing, as most of my male MCs have to go through battle at some point or another. I want to now what I'm doing when I send them into combat and have them direct their men.
Question 5 (posed by Amalia @ Good to begin well, better to end well)
Favorite mythological figure!? (of course)
Another difficult one, because there are SO MANY mythological figures I like...
I think Ares and King Arthur are probably my favourites.
Ares because, well, there's this huge bronze of Ares/Mars in the Louvre, just sitting there in the middle of a corridor full of beautiful famous paintings, around the corner from the Mona Lisa. It doesn't even say who made it, just that it's him, and it's one of the most beautiful statues I've ever seen. *sigh* (move over, David!)
King Arthur...is just plain fascinating. Was he real? A myth? A mythical amalgamation of several actual people? Don't even get me started on his knights....
Question 6 (posed by Hart @ Confessions of a Watery Tart)
The TART wants to know: what is your favorite naked activity.
I listen to music on my bathroom radio and dance around naked while the tub is filling up with my bubble bath. This is a regular occurrence.
Question 7 (posed by Mia @ My Literary Jam and Toast)
Favourite Quote?
To love oneself is the beginning of a lifelong romance.Oscar Wilde, An Ideal Husband
(ok kidding. sort of.)
To be is to do.Kant
To do is to be.Sartre
Do be do be do!Sinatra
Yep, that's the one (ok three).
So there, that was another 7 Things About Tessa.

Thanks for the award, Tessa! I appreciate that. I loved the answers to the questions.
Love your answer for #1. I'm going to be taking Latin dancing this fall for research (plus my 10 yo wants to learn to do it as well).
Thanks for the award. :D
Congrats on the awards and THANKS for mine!! (I wish I had time to sing and jump around while waiting for my bath water- when the kids get out on vaca I'll be lucky to get a shower in! lol)
On question 3: I think thats just drop dead cool. Honestly, I think a woman has to have some power to pull red nails off! I unfortunatly can`t =(
U go girl!!!
AND OMGGGG, thanks for the award I loved it!!!! I´m so happy, thanks for sharing the luff!! =D Weeeeeeeeeeee!!!!
Congratulations on your award and congrats to the other awards.
I often wear purple nail polish on my toes.
If I were in an elevator with someone for an hour, it would have to be someone very good looking. And single. I guess I'd have to be single too.
LOL Theresa you're right what was I thinking! How about a charming Orlando Bloom or Brad Pitt or Johnny Depp or even Paul Walker? (single, please)
Aw, thank you Tessa!!!
teeheI LOVE that you (unflinchingly) answered my question! Very fun blog, to answer reader questions like that!
OOoooooohhhh!!! Congrats, girl!! :)
And....
Thank you!! I'm sorry I'm so late getting here! I spent all day yesterday shopping for something to wear to my premiere of Eclipse! I didn't get online once yesterday!
